A small tracked personal vehicle that has a wide track configuration, with two closely spaced tracks. All of the body parts and drive train components and seating are contained in an area smaller than the area of the tracks. This minimizes the possibility of the vehicle hanging up on mud, snow or obstructions outside the vehicle. The tracks are driven by independently variable and reversible power trains controlled for forward and reverse movement and turns by a single T-handle joystick control.
