The invention relates to a method including the steps of providing a participant with at least one conferencing form containing information relating to a remote conferencing session and including coded data indicative of an identity of the conferencing form and of at least one reference point of the conferencing form, receiving, in a computer system, indicating data from a sensing device operated by said conference participant involved in the conference session, said indicating data regarding the identity of the conferencing form and a position of the sensing device relative to the conferencing form, the sensing device, when placed in an operative position relative to the conferencing form, sensing the indicating data using at least some of the coded data, identifying in the computer system and from the indicating data, at least one parameter relating to the conferencing session, and providing at least one other conference participant remote from said conference participant with at least one conferencing form containing information representative of the at least one parameter.
La présente invention concerne un procédé se décomposant en plusieurs temps. On commence par fournir à chaque participant au moins un formulaire de téléconférence contenant des informations se rapportant à une session de téléconférence et comportant des données codées d'une identité du formulaire de téléconférence et d'au moins un point de référence du formulaire de téléconférence. On fait ensuite recevoir par un système d'ordinateurs des données indicatrices en provenance d'un dispositif de détection mis en oeuvre par ledit participant à la conférence, effectivement impliqué dans la téléconférence. Ces données indicatrices se rapportent à l'identité du formulaire de téléconférence et à une position du dispositif de détection par rapport au formulaire de téléconférence. Lorsque le dispositif de détection est mis en situation de fonctionner par rapport au formulaire de téléconférence, il sonde les données indicatrices en utilisant certaines au moins des données codées. Cela permet d'identifier dans le système d'ordinateur, à partir des données indicatrices, au moins un paramètre se rapportant à la session de téléconférence. Cela permet également de fournir à un autre au moins des participants à la conférence, se trouvant à distance dudit participant à la téléconférence, au moins un formulaire de téléconférence contenant des informations représentant le paramètre considéré.
