A hose connector comprises (a) a tubular nipple comprising one end insertable into an end of a hose, the one end defining an annular shallow recess of a depth of 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, the shallow recess being delimited by a flat bottom and two shoulders defining sharp edges and extending substantially perpendicularly to the cylindrical surface of the tubular nipple whereby a linear pressure is exerted upon a hose whereinto the one tubular nipple end is inserted, (b) a collar concentrically surrounding the one tubular nipple end, (c) a sleeve concentrically surrounding the one tubular nipple end and threadedly connected to the collar, the collar and the sleeve defining an annular groove for receiving the hose end, a portion of the internal collar wall frusto-conically diverging towards the sleeve, and an end of the sleeve facing the frusto-conically diverging internal collar wall portion forming an annular abutment, the conically diverging internal collar wall portion and the annular abutment defining an annular chamber, and (d) at least one toroidal coil spring arranged in the annular chamber opposite the annular shallow recess, the annular abutment having an outer diameter that is slightly larger than a median diameter of the coil spring in a radially tensionless state.
Connecteur pour tuyau comprenant (a) un raccord tubulaire fileté composé d'une extrémité pouvant être insérée dans l'extrémité d'un tuyau, l'extrémité définissant un logement annulaire peu profond, soit entre 0.2 mm et 0.8 mm, le logement peu profond étant délimité par un fond plat et deux épaulements définissant des arêtes vives et se prolongeant de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface cylindrique du manchon fileté, sur lequel est exercée une pression linéaire sur un tuyau dans lequel l'extrémité du manchon fileté est inséré, (b) un collier entourant de manière concentrique l'extrémité du manchon fileté, (c) une douille entourant de manière concentrique le manchon fileté et vissé au collier, le collier et la douille définissant une rainure annulaire destinée à recevoir l'extrémité du tuyau, une partie de la paroi interne du collier divergeant de manière frusto-conique vers la douille, et une extrémité de la douille faisant face à la partie de la paroi interne du collier divergeant de manière frusto-conique formant un aboutement annulaire interne, la partie de la paroi interne du collier divergeant de manière conique et l'aboutement annulaire définissant une chambre annulaire, et (d) au moins un ressort hélicoïdal à enroulement toroïdal disposé dans la chambre annulaire à l'oppose du logement creux annulaire, l'aboutement annulaire ayant un diamètre extérieur qui est légèrement plus grand que le diamètre moyen du ressort hélicoïdal à l'état détendu dans l'axe radial.
