My invention prevents the fishing line from breaking by the unexpected last moment of a fish fight. As it is known, there are very precise brakes in fishing reels, but what often happens is that these brakes become ineffective when you have a short line and the fish is almost out of the water. Often the fish will give one last jerk before it is pulled out of the water. It is at this last moment that the brake in the reel does not function properly and hence this fish is able to break the fishing line and escape. My invention 100% prevents this unfortunate situation from occurring, so that the fish can be pulled out of the water safely.
