A coupling assembly for fastening an adhesive wafer to an ostomy appliance device, the coupling assembly including a captive connection between the adhesive wafer and ostomy appliance that permits captive relative displacement between the entire adhesive wafer and the entrance aperture of the appliance, to facilitate access to the wafer from the non-body-contacting side. The coupling assembly further comprises a fixation coupling for fixing the adhesive wafer in the operative position.

L'invention concerne un ensemble de raccordement qui fixe une galette adhésive à un dispositif d'appareil d'ostomie, l'ensemble de raccordement contenant une liaison captive entre la galette adhésive et l'appareil d'ostomie qui permet un déplacement relatif captif entre la totalité de la galette adhésive et l'ouverture d'entrée de l'appareil de manière à faciliter l'accès à la galette depuis le côté non en contact avec le corps. L'ensemble de raccordement comprend en outre un accouplement de fixation qui fixe la galette adhésive dans la position opératoire.
