-i- A PROCESS OF FORMING CONDUCTIVE FILMS Abstract of the disclosure A process is disclosed of forming a crystalline heavy pnictide mixed alkaline earth copper oxide electrical conductor on a substrate by spray drying a solution comprised of a volatilizable solvent and a solute of metal-ligand compounds to form particles each containing the same metal-ligand compounds in the same proportions found in the solution, coating the particles on the substrate, heating the coated particles in the presence of oxygen to form an intermediate coating, and converting the intermediate coating to a crystalline heavy pnictide mixed alkaline earth copper oxide electrical conductor. A screen printing composition comprised of the particles is also disclosed as well as a circuit element comprised of a thick film of a superconductive crystalline heavy pnictide mixed alkaline earth copper oxide on an aluminum oxide or nitride substrate.
