The invention relates to a three seal sachet comprising a) a film, comprising opposed first and second longitudinal sheet edges and opposed first and second sheet faces, which is folded to form opposed first and second sachet faces where the film is sealed to itself along marginal portions of the first and second longitudinal sheet edges on the first sheet face thereby forming a tube with a longitudinal seal on the second sachet face; b) first and second transverse seals bonding together the film along the marginal portions of the first and second transverse edges of the sheet, thereby closing the tube at each end; characterised in that on the first or second sachet face there is a dispensing device wherein the dispensing device comprises iii) a flange which is inserted into the first sachet face and secures the device to the sachet iv) a dispensing orifice, enabling the product to be dispensed from within the sachet. The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing the three seal sachet.
L'invention concerne un sachet à trois fermetures comprenant a) un film, comprenant des premier et second bords de feuille longitudinaux opposés et des première et seconde faces de feuille opposées, qui est plié pour former des première et seconde faces de sachet opposées où le film est scellé sur lui-même le long de parties marginales des premier et second bords de feuille longitudinaux sur la première face de feuille en formant ainsi un tube avec une fermeture longitudinale sur la seconde face de sachet ; b) des première et seconde fermetures transversales liant ensemble le film le long des parties marginales des premier et second bords transversaux de la feuille, fermant ainsi le tube à chaque extrémité ; caractérisé en ce que, sur la première ou seconde face de sachet, se trouve un dispositif de distribution, le dispositif de distribution comprenant iii) un rebord qui est introduit dans la première face de sachet et qui fixe le dispositif sur le sachet iv) un orifice de distribution, permettant au produit d'être distribué à partir de l'intérieur du sachet. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication du sachet à trois fermetures.
