Provided are a pharmaceutical product capable of treating vitiligo by thickening the epidermis at a vitiligo-affected site, which has been thinned, to thereby accelerate pigmentation, and a method of accelerating pigmentation by thickening the epidermis. Vitiligo can be treated by using a compound having an epidermis thickening action, for example, a therapeutic agent for a skin ulcer which is used in the treatment of burn ulcer, crural ulcer, diabetic ulcer or post-operative ulcer, or a therapeutic agent for bedsore.
L'invention concerne un agent médicinal qui peut épaissir un épiderme sur une zone affinée touchée par un leucoderme, afin d'accélérer la pigmentation, traitant ainsi le leucoderme. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'épaississement d'un épiderme pour accélérer la pigmentation. Un composé capable d'épaissir un épiderme (p. ex. un agent thérapeutique permettant de traiter les ulcères de la peau qui a été utilisé pour le traitement des ulcères de brûlure, des ulcères cruraux, des ulcères diabétiques ou des ulcères post-opératoires, un agent thérapeutique permettant de traiter les ulcères de décubitus) est utilisé pour traiter le leucoderme.
