A method places a metallic layer (120) between printing and a semi-permeable container (105) to protect the contents of the container from printed layer inks and adhesives. The method comprises obtaining a semi-permeable container (105) having a polymeric external surface, obtaining a metallic layer (120), placing the metallic layer against the external surface, and melting at least a portion of the external surface beneath the metallic layer (120). The metallic layer (120) may include metallized polyester. A safe container (115) comprises a semi-permeable container (105) having a polymeric external surface, and a metallic layer (120) bonded directly to the external surface.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé consistant à placer une couche métallique (120) entre un produit d'impression et un contenant semi-perméable (105) afin de protéger le contenu du contenant des encres et adhésifs en couche imprimés. Ledit procédé consiste à utiliser un contenant semi-perméable (105) ayant une surface externe polymère, à se munir d'une couche métallique (120), à placer ladite couche métallique contre la surface externe et à faire fondre au moins une partie de la surface située en-dessous de la couche métallique (120). Ladite couche métallique (120) peut inclure un polyester métallisé.
