ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cleansing device having a head with an irrigation outlet and a plurality of suction ports. Fluid is forced out beyond the cleansing head through the irrigation outlet and returns in a vortex through the suction ports. A pliable outer surface can surround the head to facilitate massaging gums and brushing teeth. The cleansing head is supported on an elongated hollow body having a handle body with a vent hole for controlling the administration of suction. The cleansing head is at the end of a bent arm which holds the cleansing head at an obtuse angle relative to the handle.
