?MPOSITE WOOD PANELS AND PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THEIR REALIZATION Couples of wood boards (7) (7') are so squared and selected as to cause the veins of their fibers (5) to match; said boards are aligned to form upper (9) and lower (9') external panels suitable to be rigidly coupled, by means of glueing, to middle panels (11), which are constituted by transversal laths (12) glued along their sides. The coupling by glueing includes a first stage of vertical compression by a load of 0.5-2 kg/cm2 applied on the superposed lower (9'), middle (11) and upper panels; a second stage of lateral compression by a load of 2-4 kg/cm2, which exercises its acitivity only on the external side of the external panels (9), (9'); and a third and final stage of vertical compression by a load of 10-15 kg/cm2.
