An apparatus releases a sunless tanning product from one or more containers for uniform spray application to the skin of the user. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus is structured as a vertical tower and a plurality of containers are held in spaced vertical alignment so that each container is positioned in operative alignment below an actuator lever. A control knob is operatively linked to the actuator levers, whereupon operation of the control knob serves to move the actuator levers to simultaneously depress discharge nozzles on each of the containers, thereby causing sprayed release of the sunless tanning product with the assistance of a propellant, such as aerosol. In the preferred embodiment, the control knob is connected to a cam mechanism which, upon rotation thereof, serves to move a linkage to operate the levers relative to the discharge nozzles of the containers between an off position and an on position. The tower is surrounded by a housing having vertically arranged nozzle openings aligned with the nozzles of the spray containers. The control knob is accessible on the exterior of the housing. In another embodiment, the apparatus holds a single container of the sunless tanning product for spray application to the face.
L'invention porte sur un appareil permettant de libérer un produit autobronzant contenu dans un ou plusieurs récipients afin de l'appliquer uniformément sur la peau d'un utilisateur. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l'appareil possède une structure de type tour verticale ; une pluralité de récipients est fixée en respectant un espacement et un alignement vertical, chaque récipient étant fonctionnellement aligné sous un levier de commande. Un bouton de commande est lié de manière fonctionnelle aux leviers de commande, la mise en marche dudit bouton de commande entraînant le déplacement des leviers de commande et permettant d'enfoncer simultanément les buses de sortie de chacun des récipients, provoquant ainsi la libération par pulvérisation du produit autobronzant à l'aide d'un propulseur tel qu'un aérosol. Dans le mode de réalisation préféré, le bouton de commande est relié à un mécanisme à came qui, une fois mis en rotation, permet de mettre en mouvement une liaison et ainsi d'actionner les leviers correspondant aux buses de sortie des récipients entre une position d'arrêt et une position de marche. La tour est entourée par un boîtier dans lequel sont ménagées des ouvertures pour les buses, dans le sens vertical et alignées avec les buses des récipients destinés à la pulvérisation. Le bouton de commande est accessible depuis l'extérieur du boîtier. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'appareil contient un seul récipient de produit autobronzant destiné à l'application par pulvérisation sur le visage.
