The information retrieval devices of the present invention are composed of two dual hierarchical structures, the first structure contain-ing the premises and the second the conse-quences/prescriptions arising from the premises. According to a variant embodiment, the informa-tion is represented by a collection of nested folded sheets not bound to one another. Advantage: re-duction of the space or of the paper required for storing the information and reduction of the pro-cessing time.
