In a method for manufacturing sheets of agglomerate material comprising in succession a first step involving preparation of a mix by mixing a granulate with an organic binder, a second step involving distribution of the mix inside a tray mould, a third step involving vacuum vibro-compaction in order to obtain a compacted sheet, and a final step involving hardening of the organic binder, an intermediate step involving dielectric preheating of the compacted sheet being introduced between the third vacuum vibro-compaction step and the final hardening step.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de feuilles de matière agglomérée comprenant une succession d'étapes consistant d'abord à préparer un mélange en mélangeant un granulé avec un liant organique; puis à répartir le mélange à l'intérieur d'un moule en forme de plateau; à effectuer un vibro-compactage sous vide afin d'obtenir une feuille compactée; et enfin à faire durcir le liant organique, une étape intermédiaire consistant à effectuer un préchauffage électrique de la feuille compactée étant introduite entre la troisième étape de vibro-compactage sous vide et la dernière étape de durcissement.
