The invention pertains to a testing apparatus and a method for detecting a contact deficiency of an electrically conductive connection according to the preambles of claims 1, 2 and 23. The invention makes it possible to subject prefabricated electric cable connections that need to be produced in a very precise and quality-responsive fashion, for example, in aircraft, to a prophylactics test. The testing apparatus comprises a measuring chamber, in which several system elements of the connection that are connected in an electrically conductive fashion are positioned, a heat radiator that is supplied with energy and the transferred thermal radiation of which is emitted into the measuring chamber and directed toward the region of the system elements that, after having been heated, generate a thermal field of the insulated and the metallic system components of these connected system elements, a thermal (image) acquisition unit for optically capturing the generated thermal field and for realizing a signal conversion into a thermal image of the connected system elements, and a thermal (image) reproduction unit for the visual reproduction of the converted thermal image, wherein the thermal (image) acquisition unit and the thermal (image) reproduction unit are connected with respect to information technology. Existing contact deficiencies of an electrically conductive connection can be detected with a method that comprises several steps and utilizes this testing apparatus.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de test et un procédé pour détecter une déficience de contact d'une connexion électroconductrice conformément aux préambules des revendications 1, 2 et 23. L'invention permet de soumettre à un test prophylactique les connexions de câbles électriques préfabriquées qui doivent être produites d'une manière très précise et répondant aux normes de qualités, par exemple, dans un avion. L'appareil de test comprend une chambre de mesure, dans laquelle sont placés plusieurs éléments système de la connexion connectés de manière électroconductrice, un radiateur thermique alimenté en énergie et dont la radiation thermique transférée est émise dans la chambre de mesure et dirigée vers la région des éléments système qui, après avoir été chauffés, génèrent un champ thermique des composants système isolés et métalliques de ces éléments système connectés, une unité d'acquisition (d'image) thermique pour capturer optiquement le champ thermique généré et pour réaliser une conversion de signal en une image thermique des éléments système connectés, ainsi qu'une unité de reproduction (d'image) thermique pour la reproduction visuelle de l'image thermique convertie; l'unité d'acquisition (d'image) thermique et l'unité de reproduction (d'image) thermique sont reliées conformément à une technologie d'information. Les déficiences de contact existantes d'une connexion électriquement conductrice peuvent être détectées par un procédé comprenant plusieurs étapes et utilisant cet appareil de test.
