The invention concerns an apparatus for drilling trenches in the ground comprising a main frame (10) with two main vertical surfaces (32, 32'), a drilling assembly (18) including a support arranged at the lower part of said frame, and means (28, 30) for displacing in vertical translation said drilling assembly relative to said main frame by applying a predetermined force to said drilling assembly relative to the main frame and means anchoring the main frame on the walls of said trench. The anchoring means, mounted on said main surfaces, comprise a plurality of deformable elements (40) integral with said main surfaces (32, 32') of the upper frame (10), and means for injecting a pressurised fluid into said inflatable elements whereby said inflatable elements apply a force between said main frame (10) and the walls of the trench and means enabling said pressurised fluid to be ejected outside said inflatable elements whereby no force is transmitted.
L'invention concerne un appareil de forage de tranchées dans le sol comprenant un châssis principal (10) présentant deux faces principales verticales (32, 32'), un ensemble de fraisage (18) comprenant un support disposé à la partie inférieure dudit châssis, et des moyens (28, 30) pour provoquer un déplacement en translation verticale dudit ensemble de fraisage par rapport audit châssis principal en appliquant une force prédéterminée audit ensemble de fraisage par rapport audit châssis principal et des moyens d'ancrage du châssis principal sur les parois de ladite tranchée. Les moyens d'ancrage, montés sur lesdites faces principales, comprennent une pluralité d'éléments déformables (40) solidaires desdites faces principales (32, 32') du châssis supérieur (10), et des moyens pour injecter un fluide sous pression dans lesdits éléments gonflables par quoi lesdits éléments gonflables appliquent une force entre ledit châssis principal (10) et les parois de la tranchée et des moyens pour permettre la sortie dudit fluide sous pression hors desdits éléments gonflables par quoi aucune force n'est transmise.
