An apparatus to be mounted on a vessel for a laying a marine pipeline having accessories on the end of the pipeline and/or at one or more intermediate locations along the pipeline, said apparatus comprising a pipeline launch ramp (1) having pipeline guide means (6) for guiding and controlling the movement of a pipeline along a pipeline firing line in the direction of the seabed, pipeline clamping means (30) downstream of the guide means for selectively clamping and supporting the launched pipeline, wherein said launch ramp is provided with an opening (30) downstream of said guide means and upstream of said clamping means for passage of an accessory between a storage position and an installation location in the pipeline firing line to allow the accessory to be connected to an end of the pipeline supported by said clamping means.
L'invention concerne un appareil à monter sur un navire pour poser un pipeline marin. L'extrémité du pipeline et/ou un ou plusieurs emplacements intermédiaires le long du pipeline sont munis d'accessoires. Ledit appareil comporte une rampe de lancement de pipeline pourvu de moyens de guidage de pipeline pour guider et commander le mouvement d'un pipeline le long d'une ligne de lancement de pipeline dans la direction du fond marin; des moyens de serrage de pipeline en aval des moyens de guidage pour serrer et supporter de façon sélective le pipeline lancé. Selon l'invention, ladite rampe de lancement comporte une ouverture en aval desdits moyens de guidage et en amont desdits moyens de serrage pour permettre le passage d'un accessoire entre une position de stockage et un emplacement d'installation dans la ligne de lancement de pipeline et permettre à l'accessoire d'être relié à une extrémité du pipeline supportée par lesdits moyens de serrage.
