The application relates to the design and synthesis of novel hexasaccharides of general formula (I), wherein: each R is independently selected from hydrogen, an alkyl or substituted alkyl group, an acyl or substituted acyl group, a phosphate group (PO3- or PO3H for instance) or a protecting group, or two of the R groups may be cyclic phosphate; NX group represents N3; or in the NX group, X represents one or more groups independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl or substituted alkyl, acyl or substituted acyl; NY represents a phthalimido group (NPht) or N3; or in the NY group, Y represents one or more groups independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl or substituted alkyl, acyl or substituted acyl; or a salt or derivative of said compound. Methods for synthesizing the compounds and their uses are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne l'élaboration et la synthèse de nouveaux hexasaccharides de formule générale (I), dans laquelle: chaque R est individuellement sélectionné dans un groupe hydrogène, alkyle ou alkyle substitué, un groupe acyle ou acyle substitué, un groupe phosphate (PO¿3??-¿ ou PO¿3?H, par exemple), ou un groupe de protection, deux des groupes R pouvant être phosphate cyclique; le groupe NX représente N¿3?; ou dans le groupe NX, X représente un ou plusieurs groupes sélectionnés individuellement parmi un hydrogène, un alkyle ou un alkyle substitué, un acyle ou un acyle substitué; NY représente un groupe phthalimido (NPht) ou N¿3?; ou dans le groupe NY, Y représente un ou plusieurs groupes individuellement sélectionnés parmi un hydrogène, un alkyle ou un alkyle substitué, un acyle ou un acyle substitué; ou un sel ou un dérivé de ce composé . En outre, cette invention concerne des procédés de synthèse de ces composés et leurs différentes utilisations.
