The invention concerns a method comprising steps which consist in successively: separating the red blood corpuscles from said blood sample; diluting the red blood corpuscles in a diluted sodium chloride solution in the presence of said colouring agent; centrifuging said solution; and eliminating the supernatant to collect the red blood corpuscles marked by said colouring agent.

Le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent successivement à séparer les globules rouges des autres constituants dudit échantillon de sang, à diluer les globules rouges dans une solution diluée de chlorure de sodium en présence dudit colorant, à centrifuger cette solution, et à éliminer le surnageant pour recueillir les globules rouges marqués par ledit colorant.
