The present invention relates to a dewatering device (1) for batchwise separation of liquid from particle-laden sludge (20), the dewatering device (1) comprises a closed, downwards openable container (2) having at least one liquid-pervious wall (10), the container (2) being arranged to be filled with said sludge (20) during a filling phase, a bladder (6) located centrally inside the container (2), the bladder (6) is adapted to be filled with a fluid, and a valve system (7) for controlling the pressure of the fluid inside the bladder (6), wherein compression of the bladder (6) is prevented by having the valve system (7) adapted to maintain an overpressure of the fluid inside the bladder (6), in relation to the surrounding pressure, in use of the dewatering device (1) during said filling phase. Further present invention relates to a method for separation of liquid from particle-laden sludge using a dewatering device (1) which comprises a container (2), and a bladder (6) located centrally inside the container (2).
La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de déshydratation (1) pour une séparation, par lots, de liquide d'une boue chargée e particules (20), le dispositif de déshydratation (1) comportant un contenant (2) fermé, pouvant être ouvert vers le bas (2), ayant au moins une paroi perméable au liquide (10), le contenant (2) étant agencé pour être rempli de ladite boue (20) durant une phase de remplissage, une vessie (6) située au centre de l'intérieur du contenant (2), la vessie (6) étant conçue pour être remplie d'un fluide, et un système de clapet (7) pour commander la pression du fluide à l'intérieur de la vessie (6), le système de clapet (7) pouvant maintenir une surpression du fluide à l'intérieur de la vessie (6), par rapport à la pression environnante, lors de l'utilisation du dispositif de déshydratation (1) durant ladite phase de remplissage, empêche la compression de la vessie (6). En outre, la présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la séparation de liquide d'une boue chargée de particules à l'aide d'un dispositif de déshydratation (1) qui comporte un contenant (2) et une vessie (6) située au centre de l'intérieur du contenant (2).
