Described herein are mixtures of .beta.-hydroxyalkyl amides, particularly suitable for being used as cross-linking agents in the field of powder paints, and more in particular as cross-linking agents for painting compositions in which the binding mixture consists of polyester resins having free carboxyl groups. Also described are powder paints that contain the said cross-linking mixtures, and the process for their preparation.

L'invention concerne des mélanges d'amides .beta.-hydroxyalkyle particulièrement adaptés pour être utilisés comme agents de réticulation dans le domaine des peintures en poudre et, plus particulièrement, comme agents de réticulation dans des compositions de peinture dans lesquelles le mélange de fixation est fait de résines de polyester à groupes carboxyles libres. L'invention concerne également des peintures en poudre contenant lesdits mélanges de réticulation, ainsi que leur procédé de préparation.
