The present invention relates to a stackable carrying rack comprising a support base provided with support legs extending downwardly from the base and vertical support means mounted on the base and provided for supporting and storing a plurality of items placed in the rack. The support base has a configuration allowing to freely dispense items of smaller dimensions stored inside the rack downwardly though a central opening formed in the base without any obstructions or restrictions. The support base has a generally square configuration formed by side support members, and the central opening has a diamond-shaped configuration formed by reinforcement members extending between each adjacent side support member, the diamond-shaped configuration facilitates free dispensing of items through the central opening. Each of the reinforcement members forms a hypotenuse of a right triangle with respect to the adjacent side support members. The vertical support means comprise vertical support posts mounted on each corner of the support base, where each of the posts is securely locked in a vertical position by means of linking cross-pieces provided to connect each pair of adjacent posts. Each of these linking cross-pieces comprises a sliding binder provided on each end with a square ring adapted to slide over the posts.
Cette invention concerne un casier empilable comprenant une base montée sur pattes et portant des montants destinés à supporter des parois entre lesquelles stocker des articles. La base est configurée pour permettre la libre distribution de petits articles stockés dans le casier. De forme généralement carrée, elle comporte une ouverture centrale exempte d'obstructions ou d'étranglements. L'ouverture en forme de losange est délimitée par des contrefiches établies entre éléments latéraux adjacents de la base; elle facilite la distribution des articles contenus dans le casier. Chacune des contrefiches forme l'hypoténuse du triangle rectangle formé par deux éléments latéraux adjacents. Les montants sont disposés aux quatre coins de la base et verrouillés en position verticale par des traverses établies entre paires adjacentes. Chacune des traverses se termine aux deux bouts par un anneau de section carrée de dimensions adaptées à la section des montants pour pouvoir être glissés sur ceux-ci.
