The present invention is related to a technique and an apparatus for heat treatment of substances or fluid, gaseous or liquid products, flowing in a conduit. The invention applies to a technique for the heat treatment of one or several fluids, flowing in a conduit, (4) having at least one straight section (5, 6, 7, 8) extending along a longitudinal axis (25, 26, 27, 28), said conduit being placed, at least in part, in a thermal enclosure (1), a transversal vibration being applied to the conduit by a mechanical vibrating member (20), installed outside the thermal enclosure, in order to reduce or eliminate the build-up of solid particles on the interior wall of said conduit. According to the invention, the vibration is transmitted by means of an appendage (14, 50, 60) integrating a mechanical support or directing mechanism of the conduit or by a measuring means attached to said conduit, the vibrations being applied by the exertion of a force in a mostly transversal or radial direction relative to the said longitudinal axis.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un appareillage de traitement thermique de matières ou produits fluides, gazeux ou liquides, s'écoulant dans un conduit. L'invention s'applique à un procédé de traitement thermique d'un ou plusieurs fluide(s) s'écoulant dans un conduit (4) qui comporte au moins un tronçon (5, 6, 7, 8) rectiligne s'étendant selon un axe longitudinal (25, 26, 27, 28), lequel conduit est disposé en partie au moins dans une enceinte thermique (1), procédé dans lequel on provoque une vibration transversale du conduit produite par un vibrateur mécanique (20) disposé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte thermique, pour réduire ou éviter un dépôt de particules solides sur la paroi interne dudit conduit; selon l'invention, on transmet ladite vibration par l'intermédiaire d'un appendice (14, 50, 60) faisant partie d'un moyen mécanique de support ou de guidage dudit conduit ou bien d'un instrument de mesure fixé audit conduit, et les vibrations sont appliquées en exerçant un effort selon une direction (33) sensiblement transversale ou radiale par référence audit axe longitudinal.
