Derivatives of general formula (I), wherein R' is methyl or 2-thienyl, R is an acyl group of formula R1OCH2CO, wherein R1 is a phenyl ring ortho-, meta- or para-substituted by one or more substituents X, where X is a formyl, acetyl, cyano or trifluoroacetyl group, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are disclosed. A method for preparing said derivatives, their use as a drug, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them, are also disclosed.
La présente invention a pour objet les dérivés de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R' représente un méthyle ou un 2-thiényle, R représente un groupe acyle de formule R1OCH2CO, dans laquelle R1 est un noyau phényle substitué par un ou plusieurs substituants X, en position ortho, meta ou para, X représentant un groupe formyle, acétyle, cyano ou trifluoro acétyle, et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. La présente invention concerne également leur procédé de préparation, leur utilisation à titre de médicament et les compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant.
