The inventive installation comprises a container (14), in which the products to be stored are placed, and an evaporator (22) which surrounds the container in order to remove the heat by means of a heat pipe. The aforementioned evaporator (22) comprises a jacket (28), tubes (32), which are solidly connected to said jacket and which are filled with a heat transfer fluid, such as water, and a system for clamping the evaporator (22) to the container (14). According to the invention, the evaporator (22) is only in close contact with the container (14) opposite the tubes (32). Preferably, channels (42) are provided on either side of the tubes (32) in order to allow air circulation by means of natural convection between the evaporator (22) and the container (14).
Installation comprend un conteneur (14), dans lequel sont placés les produits à entreposer, et un évaporateur (22) entourant le conteneur, pour évacuer la chaleur par un effet de caloduc. L'évaporateur (22) comporte une chemise (28), des tubes (32) solidaires de la chemise et remplis d'un fluide caloporteur tel que de l'eau, et un système de serrage de l'evaporateur (22) sur le conteneur (14). L'agencement est tel que l'evaporateur (22) n'est maintenu en contact étroit avec le conteneur (14) qu'en face des tubes (32). Avantageusement, des canaux (42) sont prévus pour la circulation de l'air par convection naturelle entre l'évaporateur (22) et le conteneur (14), de part et d'autre des tubes (32).
