A method for loading a sample for imaging by an optical tomography system. A sample volume including at least one microscopic sample and a viscous fluid is coaxially loaded into a sample delivery tube (272). The sample volume is impelled through a focus cell (222) into a capillary tube (274), where the capillary tube (274) has a smaller crossectional area than the sample delivery tube, so that a reduced volume of the at least one microscopic sample and viscous fluid is constrained to a central region within the capillary tube (274).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour le chargement d'un échantillon pour imagerie par un système de tomographie optique. Un volume d'échantillon comprenant au moins un échantillon microscopique et un fluide visqueux est chargé de façon coaxiale dans un tube d'amenée d'échantillon (272). Le volume d'échantillon est contraint à travers une cellule de concentration (222) dans un tube capillaire (274), le tube capillaire (274) possédant une zone de coupe transversale plus petite que le tube d'amenée d'échantillon, de sorte qu'un volume réduit de l'échantillon microscopique et du fluide visqueux est contraint vers une région centrale à l'intérieur du tube capillaire (274).
