A method and a system for the purchase of and sale of "Pre-paid Product" to an "Issuing Entity", on behalf of and purchased from the "Pre-paid Product" seller hereinafter referred to as "Card Seller". This includes verification of the monetary value represented by such "Pre-Paid Product" and the means in which to purchase "Pre-Paid Product" from the "Card Seller" through a "Automated Pre-Paid Product Teller Machine", including converting ATM's with the necessary software to make them a "Automated Pre- Paid Product Teller Machine". The intention is to resell back to the "Issuing Entity", and from or for the "Card Seller" for approximately 0-100% less than the current monetary value of the "Pre-Paid Product" where the "Card Seller" will receive physical or electronic government issued currency (example, Canadian Dollars).
