An apheresis tubing set comprises a cryocyte bag (1) for collecting cells separated during apheresis. The cryocyte bag may comprise a mixing compartment (7) in fluid communication with a cell storage compartment, wherein the mixing compartment comprises a cryoprotectant port (9) and a cell sample port (16) and wherein the storage and mixing compartments are in fluid communication via a mix conduit. The cryocyte bag may comprise two or more independent cell storage compartments for collecting two or more aliquots of the cells.

L'invention concerne un ensemble tube d'aphérèse comprenant une poche cryocyte (1) qui permet de collecter des cellules séparées pendant l'aphérèse. Ladite poche cryocyte peut comprendre un compartiment de mélange (7) en communication fluidique avec un compartiment de stockage de cellules, ledit compartiment de mélange comprenant un orifice cryoprotecteur (9) et un orifice d'échantillon de cellules (16) et les compartiments de stockage et de mélange étant en communication fluidique via un conduit de mélange. La poche cryocyte peut également comprendre au moins deux compartiments de stockage de cellules indépendants destinés à collecter au moins deux aliquotes desdites cellules.
