A mouldable implant material is described which is characterised in that a biodegradable or biocompatible monofilament or polyfilament thread is formed e.g. of polyester, polyamide, a corrodible iron alloy, magnesium, magnesium alloys, polysaccharides, polysaccharide derivatives, proteins, protein derivatives or of combinations of these materials in such a way that, at a distance of 3-30 mm along the thread respectively, a circular loop and/or several circular loops are formed which have respectively a joint point of origin along the thread, at least 3 consecutive loops being present along the thread.

Un matériau moulable pour implant est divulgué. Il est caractérisé par le fait qu'un fil à un ou plusieurs filaments ou polyfilament biocompatible ou biodégradable est formé, p. ex., de polyester, de polyamide, d'un alliage de fer corrodable, de magnésium, d'alliages de magnésium, de polysaccharides, de dérivés de polysaccharides, de protéines, de dérivés de protéines ou de combinaisons de ces matériaux, de façon à ce que avec un espacement de 3-30 mm le long du fil respectivement, une boucle de forme circulaire et/ou plusieurs boucles de forme circulaire sont formées et qu'elles ont respectivement un point d'origine en commun le long du fil, au moins trois boucles successives étant formées sur le fil.
