A polyester composition comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin and particles of a hydroxyapatite represented by the following chemical formula: Ca(PO4)1(OH)m(CO3)nYx [wherein Y represents any anion other than phosphate, hydroxy, and carbonate groups; 1 is 0.4 to 0.6; m is 0.1 to 0.4; n is 0 to 0.2; x is 0 to 0.2; and 3X1+m+2Xn+zXx=2 (z being the valence of the anion Y)] and having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 10 µm and a specific surface area of 50 to 500 m2/g. This composition can give a polyester film which is excellent not only in basic properties including slip properties and wearing resistance but in electrical properties, punchability, processability in metal laminate production, flavor preservation, etc.
Cette invention concerne une composition de polyester qui comprend une résine thermoplastique à base de polyester ainsi que des particules d'un hydroxyapatite correspondant à la formule chimique Ca(PO¿4?)¿l?(OH)¿m?(CO¿3?)¿n?Y¿x?. Dans cette formule, Y représente un anion quel qu'il soit autre que phosphate, hydroxy, et des groupes de carbonate, l varie de 0,4 à 0,6, m varie de 0,1 à 0,4, n varie de 0 à 0,2 et x varie de 0 à 0,2, étant entendu que 3Xl+m+2Xn+zXx=2, z représentant la valence de l'anion Y. Ces particules possèdent un diamètre moyen allant de 0,01 à 10 µm et une surface spécifique allant de 50 à 500 m?2¿/g. Cette composition permet d'obtenir un film polyester qui possède non seulement d'excellentes propriétés de base, telles que des propriétés résistance aux rayures et à l'usure, mais qui possède aussi d'excellentes propriétés électriques, d'aptitude à l'emboutissage, d'aptitude au traitement lors de la production de laminâts métalliques, de conservation de l'arôme, etc.
