The use of pharmaceutical compositions in preparing pharmaceuticals for treating diabetic ulcer in limb or on body surface, or in preparing medical dressing. The pharmaceutical compositions consist of (A) 3 to 15% by weight of edible beeswax and (B) 85 to 97% by weight of sesame oil extract of Scutellaria root, Coptis root, Phellodendron bark, earthworm and poppy capsule, based on the total weight of the pharmaceutical compositions. In the sesame oil extract, each of Scutellaria root, Coptis root, Phellodendron bark, earthworm and poppy capsule is in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight of dry raw material based on the total weight of sesame oil. A medical dressing for treating diabetic ulcer and corresponding medicine box enclosing the said dressing are also provided.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de compositions pharmaceutiques dans la préparation de produits pharmaceutiques pour traiter les ulcères diabétiques d'un membre ou d'une surface corporelle, ou dans la préparation d'un pansement médical. Les compositions pharmaceutiques consistent en (A) 3 à 15 % en poids de cire d'abeille comestible et (B) 85 à 97 % en poids d'extrait d'huile de sésame de racine de Scutellaria, de racine de Coptis, d'écorce de Phellodendron, de ver de terre et de capsule de pavot, sur la base du poids total des compositions pharmaceutiques. Dans l'extrait d'huile de sésame, chacun des éléments parmi la racine de Scutellaria, la racine de Coptis, l'écorce de Phellodendron, le ver de terre et la capsule de pavot est présent en une quantité de 2 à 10 % en poids de la matière première sèche sur la base du poids total de l'huile de sésame. L'invention concerne également un pansement médical pour traiter les ulcères diabétiques et une boîte médicale correspondante renfermant ledit pansement.
