An injector device for delivery of liquid from a high pressure, the device comprising a housing, a pressure chamber (2) comprising a pressure barrel (4) for accommodation of at least one piston therein and having a front end opening (6) for ejection of the liquid, the pressure chamber being of sufficient strength to sustain the liquid pressure. The device further comprises a storage chamber (16), separate from the pressure chamber, for the liquid or the liquid precursor components, and a conduit (22) between the pressure chamber and the storage chamber. A pressurizing mechanism (26) in the housing is arranged to apply force, directly or indirectly, on the piston in the pressure barrel to create said liquid pressure. The pressure chamber, the piston and at least a part of the conduit is arranged as a unit, wherein said unit and the housing have corresponding fitting parts allowing releasable attachment of the unit to the housing in a position permitting fluid connection between storage chamber and pressure chamber through the conduit and permitting the pressurizing mechanism to act on the piston.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection destiné à délivrer un liquide sortant d'un contenant sous haute pression. Ce dispositif comprend un boîtier, une chambre sous pression (2) pourvue d'un cylindre sous pression (4) servant au logement d'au moins un piston et présentant une ouverture au niveau de l'extrémité avant (6) servant à l'éjection du liquide, la chambre sous pression possédant une résistance suffisante à maintenir la pression du liquide. Le dispositif comprend, en outre, une chambre de stockage (16), séparée de la chambre sous pression, destinée aux composants liquides ou aux précurseurs liquides, et un conduit (22) situé entre la chambre sous pression et la chambre de stockage. Un mécanisme de mise en pression (26) est placé à l'intérieur du boîtier, celui-ci permet d'appliquer une force, directe ou indirecte, sur le piston se trouvant dans le cylindre sous pression afin de créer la pression du liquide. La chambre sous pression, le piston et au moins une partie du conduit sont disposés comme une unité, cette unité et le boîtier possédant des parties d'accouplement correspondantes admettant une fixation amovible de l'unité au boîtier dans une position permettant la connexion fluidique entre la chambre de stockage et la chambre sous pression à travers le conduit, et permettant au mécanisme de mise en pression d'agir sur le piston.
