Abstract of the Disclosure There is disclosed a device for fabricating an oscillating apparatus by mounting a dielectric resonator on a substrate having an oscillating unit beforehand mounted on and a microstrip line connected to the oscillating unit beforehand formed on for taking out oscillation outputs, the device comprising support means for supporting the dielectric resonator a positioning mechanism for moving the dielectric resonator to an optional position of the substrate monitoring means for monitoring an oscillation output of the oscillating unit and control means for controlling drive means for the positioning mechanism in accordance with an output of the monitoring means.
