he facility consists of a spare pit, compartmented or not, for garbage such as whole or shredded tires, and of a clamshell that loads predetermined quantities into a hopper whose outlet is equipped with a purpose-built extractor that loads the garbage onto a feeder-conveyor to move it, at a constant weight per unit time, to the oven and feed it through a secondary opening. The process involves removing waste such as whole or shredded tires from a storage area, for example, filling a buffer storage area and bringing the waste at a constant rate onto a conveyor system so as to feed the waste into the oven regularly and continuously, at a predetermined weight rate. This invention will be of interest chiefly to industrial oven users, particularly cement plants and continuous-flow handling facilities.
L'installation se compose d'une fosse de réserve libre ou compartimentée de déchets par exemple des pneus déchiquetés ou entiers, d'un grappin-pelle chargeant par quantités prédéterminées une trémie dont la sortie est équipée d'un extracteur spécifique amenant les déchets sur un transporteur-doseur en vue de leur acheminement à débit pondéral constant vers le four et leur admission par une entrée secondaire. Le procédé consiste à extraire d'une réserve les déchets, par exemple les pneus déchiquetés ou entiers ou autres déchets, à remplir partiellement une réserve-tampon et à les déverser à débit constant sur un moyen de convoyage et de transport pour les amener au four régulièrement et de façon continue selon une valeur de débit pondérale prédéterminée. Cette invention intéresse les utilisateurs de fours industriels, notamment les cimenteries et les industriels de la manutention en flux continu.
