The invention relates to a device for determining and/or monitoring at least one process quantity of a medium (1), with at least one probe unit (3), and with at least one electronics unit (4) which applies an electrical excitation signal to the probe unit (3) and which receives an electrical measurement signal from the probe unit. The invention includes the fact that the probe unit (3) has at least one inner electrode (5) and at least one outer electrode (6) surrounding the inner electrode.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour déterminer et/ou surveiller au moins une grandeur de traitement d'un milieu (1), ledit dispositif comprenant au moins une unité d'exploration (3) et au moins une unité électronique (4) qui alimente l'unité d'exploration (3) avec un signal d'excitation électrique et qui réceptionne un signal de mesure électrique preovenant de l'unité d'exploration. L'invention stipule que l'unité d'exploration (3) présente au moins une électrode intérieure (5) et au moins une électrode extérieure (6) entourant l'électrode intérieure.
