Compounds of Formula (I): (I) wherein R1 is a heteroaryl or heterocyclic group, optionally substituted for one or a plurality of atoms or groups; X is 1 to 4 substituents, identical to or different from each other and selected from hydrogen, halogen, (C1-C10)alkyl, halo(C1-C10)alkyl, (C1-C10)alcoxy, NRaRb, nitro, or cyano, the (C1-C10)alkyl group capable of being optionally substituted for one or a plurality of groups selected from halogen, (C1-C10)alcoxy, (C1-C10)halogenoalcoxy, NRaRb, or hydroxyl; R, in positions 3, 5, 7, or 8 of Fimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, is 1 to 4 substituents, identical to or different from each other and selected from hydrogen, halogen, (C1-C10)alkyl, halo(C1-C10)alkyl, or (C1-C10)alcoxy; R2 and R3, independently of each other, represent a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C10)alkyl group optionally substituted for an Rf group, or an optionally substituted aryl group; R4 is a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C10)alkyl group optionally substituted for an Rf group, or an aryl group optionally substituted as a base or salt having an acid added. The invention is used in therapy and in synthesis methods.
Composés de formule (I) dans laquelle : R1 représente un groupe hétéroaryle ou hétérocyclique éventuellement être substitué par un ou plusieurs atomes ou groupes; X représente de 1 à 4 substituants identiques ou différents l'un de l'autre choisi parmi hydrogène, un halogène, (C1-C10)allkyle, (C1-C10)alcoxy, NRaRb, nitro, cyano, le groupe (C1-C10)alkyle pouvant être éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes choisis parmi un halogène, (C1-C10)alcoxy, (C1-C10)halogénoalcoxy, NRaRb ou hydroxyle; R représente en position 3, 5, 7 ou 8 de l'imidazo[1,2- a]pyridine de 1 à 4 substituants identiques ou différents l'un de l'autre choisis parmi un hydrogène, un halogène, (C1-C10)alkyle, halo(C1- C10)alkyle, (C1-C10)alcoxy; R2 et R3 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe (C1- C10)alkyle, éventuellement substitué par un groupe Rf, ou un groupe aryle, éventuellement substitué; R4 représente :un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe (C1-C10)alkyle, éventuellement substitué par un groupe Rf; un groupe aryle, éventuellement substitué, à l'état de base ou de sel d'addition à un acide. Utilisation en thérapeutique et procédé de synthèse.
