The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) R1-Q1-X-Q2-R2, in which: Q1, Q2, each independent of one another, are missing or are -NH-(CH2)n-CO-; R1, R2, each independent of one another, are missing or are cyclo-(Arg-Gly-Asp-Z), wherein Z is missing in the side chain of Q1 or Q2 or if Q1 and/or Q2 are missing, is bound to X, at least one of the groups R1 or R2 always having to be included; X is -CO-R18-CO-, and if R1-Q1- or R2-Q2- are missing is R10, R13, R16, Het-CO or a fluorescent pigment residue linked through a -CONH-, -COO-, -NH-C(=S)-NH-, -NH-C(-O)-NH-, -SO2NH- or -NHCO- bond; and Z, R10, R13, R16, R18, Het and n have the meanings given in claim 1. The invention also relates to the salts of said compounds. Said compounds and their salts can be used as integrin inhibitors, in particular for the prevention and treatment of circulatory diseases, thrombosis, heart infarct, coronary heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, angiogenic diseases and in tumour therapy.

L'invention concerne des composés de la formule (I) R<1>-Q<1>-X-Q<2>-R<2>, dans laquelle: Q<1>, Q<2>, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, manquent ou représentent -NH-(CH2)n-CO-; R<1>, R<2>, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, manquent ou représentent cyclo-(Arg-Gly-Asp-Z), où Z manquent dans la chaîne latérale de Q<1> ou Q<2> ou, si Q<1> et/ou Q<2> manquent, est lié à X, au moins un des groupes R<1> ou R<2> devant être toujours compris; X représente -CO-R<18>-CO-, et, si R<1>-Q<1>- ou R<2>-Q<2>- manquent, représentent R<10>, R<13>, R<16>, Het-CO ou un reste pigment fluorescent relié par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison -CONH-, -COO-, -NH-C(=S)-NH-, -NH-C(=O)-NH-, -SO2NH- ou bien -NHCO-; et Z, R<10>, R<13>, R<16>, R<18>, Het et n ont la signification donnée dans la revendication 1. L'invention concerne également les sels de ces composés. Lesdits composés et leurs sels peuvent être utilisés comme inhibiteurs de l'intégrine, en particulier pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies de la circulation, de la thrombose, de l'infarctus cardiaque, des maladies cardiaques coronariennes, de l'artériosclérose, des maladies angiogéniques ainsi que pour le traitement des tumeurs.
