An ozone producing apparatus comprising an ozone generator for generating ozonized oxygen, an adsorption/ desorption tower for adsorbing and storing ozone from the ozonized oxygen, and an ozone desorbing means for desorbing adsorbed and stored ozone for supply, wherein the apparatus further includes an oxygen gas supply means for supplying oxygen to the adsorption/desorption tower at the time of desorption is started and an oxygen gas flow rate adjusting means for adjusting flow rate of the oxygen gas to be supplied. Ozone injection can be made definite, and the apparatus is economical in the aspect of both initial and running costs. It presents great effects of preventing slime adhesion and can also limit generation of oxidants even when applied to sea water.

Appareil producteur d'ozone, comprenant un générateur d'ozone pour la production d'oxygène ozonisé, une colonne d'adsorption/désorption pour adsorber et stocker l'ozone provenant de l'oxygène ozonisé, et des moyens de désorption de l'ozone pour la désorption de l'ozone adsorbé et stocké, destiné à une alimentation; l'appareil comporte également des moyens pour alimenter en oxygène gazeux la colonne d'adsorption/désorption au moment où la désorption commence, ainsi qu'un dispositif de régulation du débit d'oxygène gazeux permettant d'ajuster le débit de l'alimentation en oxygène gazeux. L'injection d'ozone peut être réglée de façon définie, et l'appareil est économique tant du point de vue du coût initial que des frais d'utilisation. Il présente l'avantage d'empêcher l'adhérence de la vase et peut également limiter la formation d'oxydants, même en milieu d'eau marine.
