Diagnostic tool for the identification of anti-HCMV antibodies in the human serum, comprising a solid support with two sections, section 1 bearing a plurality of HCMV proteins (vp) obtained from purified virions concentrated in separate bands forming a predetermined pattern, one of these bands being pp150 of HCMV; section 2 bearing recombinant fusion proteins as controls at least one band comprising a recombinant fusion protein carrying at least one epitope of pp 150.
L'invention concerne un outil de diagnostic permettant l'identification d'anticorps du virus CMVH dans le sérum humain. Cet outil comprend un support solide muni de deux sections, la section 1 portant une pluralité de protéines CMVH (protéines virales) obtenues à partir de virions purifiés concentrés dans des bandes séparées formant un motif préétabli, l'une de ces bandes étant la pp150 du virus CMVH. La section 2 porte des protéines de fusion recombinées et commande au moins une bande comprenant une protéine de fusion recombinée portant au moins un épitope de la pp150.
