The mobile system may alert users of some tasks based on the user proximity to those tasks, alert of other tasks based on both time and location, or others based solely on the current time and the time of the task. The system can provide a dynamic schedule, changing based on time estimates of the user tasks as well as actual time to complete user tasks, estimates of travel time between tasks, as well as other criteria
