Reward program management system, comprising: first earn partner database including employment-related reward information including first identifier associated with the employee, second earn partner input device for inputting second identifier associated with the employee regarding a loyalty reward program, computer processor analyzing a transaction conducted by the employee and generating loyalty reward information; server receiving the employment-related reward information and the loyalty reward information and including a second database same, the server receiving information regarding the first identifier and the second identifier to create a set of linked identifiers, computer processor retrieving and totaling the rewards earned by the employee stored in association with each of the identifiers of the set of linked identifiers to create a total reward, the second database storing the total reward associated, the sever accessible to a bum partner providing information regarding the total reward upon receipt of one identifier of the set of linked identifiers.
