[PROBLEMS] To provide an inert gas placing method for a gas- filling and packaging machine, in which troubles occurring when a gas-filling nozzle is inserted into a packaging bag are eliminated and in which a gas replacement rate is increased. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A gas-filling nozzle (23) is provided at a filling funnel (21) in correspondence with each grip (9) of a rotating body, and the gas-filling nozzle (23) has a forward end (23b) controlled by a nozzle attitude control means (25) so as to approach or recede from an imaginary normal line v passing through the center of the drop opening of the filling funnel. In the process preceding a filling process, the drop opening of the filling funnel and the forward end of the gas-filling nozzle brought close to the normal line v are inserted from the opened bag opening b into a package bag a, and at the same time, the forward end is separated from the normal line v and moved toward a corner of the package bag. In the process following the filling process, inert gas jetted from the gas filling nozzle and air in the package bag are replaced with each other, and in a postprocess on the downstream side, the replacement action between the inert gas and the air is promoted with the bag opening b substantially closed by a shutter means (65).
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à trouver un procédé permettant d'introduire un gaz inerte dans une machine d'emballage à remplissage de gaz en éliminant les difficultés que présente l'insertion d'une buse de remplissage de gaz dans un sac d'emballage et en augmentant le taux de remplacement du gaz. Ce problème est résolu en équipant un entonnoir de remplissage (21) d'une buse de remplissage de gaz (23) en correspondance avec chaque griffe (9) d'un corps en rotation, l'extrémité avant (23b) de la buse de remplissage de gaz (23) étant commandée par un moyen de commande de l'attitude de la buse (25) qui lui permet de s'approcher ou de s'éloigner d'une ligne normale imaginaire (v) passant par le centre de l'ouverture de décharge de l'entonnoir de remplissage. Avant le début du remplissage, l'ouverture de décharge de l'entonnoir de remplissage et l'extrémité avant de la buse de remplissage de gaz amenée à proximité de la ligne normale (v) sont insérées par l'ouverture d'un sac ouvert (b) dans un sac d'emballage (a) et, dans le même temps, l'extrémité avant est écartée de la ligne normale (v) et déplacée vers un coin du sac d'emballage. Dans le processus qui suit le processus de remplissage, l'air qui se trouve dans le sac d'emballage est remplacé par un gaz inerte projeté par la buse de remplissage de gaz et, dans un processus postérieur du côté aval, le remplacement de l'air par le gaz inerte est favorisé quand l'ouverture du sac (b) est pratiquement fermée par un moyen de fermeture (65).
