-10- ABSTRACT This means reinforces convex and concave curved panels of similar thickness made from fillers which have a binding value which produces a shear strength for use as a vehicle to transfer stress between adjacent arched parts of the means which comprises rows of uniform height square waved arched pressed to one side of a single sheet of tensile material in a regular plan array and to a workable configuration of proximity and overlap and where for curves each arch is split along its length and its opposite ends detached at the sheet and where each split portion is modified by a barbed means and a responding curve and in the remaining port bf the sheet is placed an accordion means crimping in an array to permit the means to turn.
