An apparatus for manufacturing threaded caps (A) comprises a plurality of compression molding assemblies which are arranged on a rotating carousel and comprise an upper male mold half (1) and a lower female mold half (2). The male mold half (1) comprises a tubular element (34, 34*), a sleeve (57, 57*) guided coaxially to said tubular element (34, 34*) and a punch (13, 13*) guided in the tubular element (34, 34*) and having a helical slot for forming the thread of the cap. The punch (13, 13*) enters the female mold half (2) and produces, together with it, the cap through compression of a dose of plastic material deposited in the female mold half (2). After the spacing of the punch (13, 13*) from the female mold half, the removal of the cap (A) from the punch (13, 13*) occurs by way of a removal device, which comprises a ring gear (64, 64*) associated with the sleeve (57, 57*) and provided with a collar (60, 60*) in sliding contact on the punch (13, 13*), a rod (69, 120) which can slide axially in a seat (74) of the carousel and supports a gear (65, 65*) meshing with the ring gear (64, 64*) and connected to a motor drive mechanism (91-97, 115-116).
La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à la fabrication de capsules filetées (A), lequel appareil comprend une pluralité d'ensembles de moulage par compression agencés sur un carrousel et composés d'une moitié de moule mâle supérieure (1) et d'une moitié de moule femelle inférieure (2). La moitié de moule mâle (1) comprend un élément tubulaire (34, 34*), un manchon (57, 57*) guidé de façon coaxiale vers ledit élément tubulaire (34, 34*) et un poinçon (13, 13*) guidé dans l'élément tubulaire (34, 34*) et muni d'un fente hélicoïdale destinée à former le filetage de la capsule. Le poinçon (13, 13*) pénètre dans la moitié de moule femelle (2) et produit la capsule avec celle-ci, par compression d'une dose de matière plastique déposée dans la moitié de moule femelle (2). Après que le poinçon (13, 13*) s'est éloigné de la moitié de moule femelle, un dispositif de retrait retire la capsule (A) du poinçon (13, 13*), lequel dispositif de retrait comprend : une couronne (64, 64*) associée au manchon (57, 57*) et munie d'un collet (60, 60*) en contact coulissant avec le poinçon (13, 13*) ; une tige (69, 120) apte à coulisser axialement dans un siège (74) du carrousel et supportant une roue (65, 65*) qui s'engrène avec la couronne (64, 64*) et qui est reliée à un mécanisme d'entraînement de moteur (91-97, 115-116).
