A software license management sysetm configurable for post-use payment business models is described. A front-end server is configured to control usage of licensed software distributed on computers within a network including the front-end server, generate and authenticatable report of such usage according to a report schedule, and securely transmit the authenticatable report to a vendor designated designation. A back-end server corresponding to the destination is configured to receive, authenticate, and process the authenticatable report to generate processed information, and provide the processed information to business operations software for post-use payment business model purposes and other business operation purposes for software vendors.
L'invention concerne un système de gestion de licences de logiciels configurable destiné à des modèles commerciaux à paiement post-utilisation. Un serveur frontal est configuré afin de commander l'utilisation du logiciel sous licence distribué sur des ordinateurs d'un réseau comprenant ledit le serveur frontal, de générer un rapport authentifiable relatif à l'utilisation en fonction d'une liste de rapports, et de transmettre de manière sûre le rapport authentifiable à une destination désignée par un vendeur. Un serveur dorsal correspondant à la destination est configuré afin de recevoir, d'authentifier et de traiter le rapport authentifiable afin de générer des informations traitées, et de fournir ces informations traitées à un logiciel d'opérations commerciales à des fins de modèles commerciaux à paiement post-utilisation et d'autres opérations commerciales pour vendeurs de logiciels.
