A method of detecting protein kinases in a sample by coating a solid surface with a buffer containing protease and phosphatase inhibitors and immobilizing a labeled antibody to the coated solid surface, whereby protein kinases react with the antibody, thereby detecting a presence of the protein kinases. Also provided is an assay and kit for detecting protein kinases having antibodies specific to a phosphorylation site of the protein kinase and a label bound to the antibodies.

L'invention concerne une méthode de détection de protéines kinases dans un échantillon consistant à revêtir une surface solide à l'aide d'un tampon contenant des inhibiteurs de protéase et de phosphatase et à immobiliser un anticorps marqué sur la surface solide revêtue, les protéines kinases réagissant avec l'anticorps, à détecter ainsi la présence des protéines kinases. L'invention concerne également un dosage et un nécessaire de détection de protéines kinases présentant des anticorps spécifiques à un site de phosphorylation de la protéine kinase ainsi qu'un marqueur lié aux anticorps.
