CIGARETTE PACKAGE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hinged lid cigarette package can have cigarettes removed therefrom as is common for a hinged lid package or as is common for a soft package. The hinged lid package includes a top panel having a stationary portion and a removable portion. Removal of the removable portion exposes a movable flap which can be opened and closed to allow removal of cigarettes from the package and closure of the package. AA-139A-R&D
