The present invention provides a press for the production of moulded components from synthetic material, comprising a compression mould, a movable injection unit for dispensing the synthetic material on a surface of the compression mould, and an extrusion unit for filling the injection unit with a charge of synthetic material; wherein the injection unit can be connected to and disconnected from the extrusion unit, and wherein the injection unit is capable of movement for dispensing the synthetic material independent of the extrusion unit.

La présente invention a pour objet une presse servant à la production d'articles moulés à partir d'un matériau synthétique; la presse en question utilise un moule à compression, un module d'injection mobile assurant la distribution du matériau synthétique à la surface du moule de compression, ainsi qu'un module d'extrusion assurant l'arrivée d'une charge complète de matériau synthétique à intérieur du module d'injection; le module d'injection en question peut être raccordé ou non au module d'extrusion et peut être orienté de manière à distribuer le matériau synthétique indépendamment du module d'extrusion.
