The invention concerns a method of compacting and heat-treating iron powders in order to obtain magnetic core components having improved soft magnetic properties. The iron powder consists of fine particles which are insulated by a thin layer having a low phosphorus content. According to the invention, the compacted iron powder is subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature between 350 and 550 °C.
L'invention concerne un procédé de compactage et de traitement thermique de poudres de fer en vue d'obtenir des composants à noyau magnétique présentant des propriétés magnétiques douces. La poudre de fer se compose de fines particules isolées par une fine couche à faible teneur en phosphore. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, la poudre de fer compactée est soumise à un traitement thermique à une température comprise entre 350 et 550 ~C.
