The invention relates to a device and a method for dosed filling of containers, particularly cardboard/plastic composite packaging, comprising at least one reservoir for at least one product to be filled, means for delivering and dosing the at least one product, and a nozzle, the nozzle being disposed above the container to be filled, the nozzle body being formed as two parts and comprising at least one nozzle-shaped inner part (1) and an outer part (2) formed in the lower area thereof around the inner part (1), a ring gap (3) being formed between the inner part (1) and the outer part (2), through which at least one further product can be mixed with the main product. In order to allow homogenous mixing during simultaneous filling of different products, and additionally to achieve self-cleaning of the nozzle outlet, the invention provides for a ring channel (6, 6') running horizontally to be provided in the lower outer area of the inner part (1) and/or in the lower inner area of the outer part (2).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de remplir de manière dosée des récipients, notamment des emballages composites en carton/plastique. Le dispositif comprend au moins un réservoir destiné à au moins un produit de remplissage, des moyens conçus pour transférer et doser ledit produit, ainsi qu'une buse qui se trouve au-dessus du récipient à remplir. Le corps de la buse est conçu en deux parties et comporte au moins une partie interne (1) en forme de buse, et une partie externe (2) située autour de la partie interne (1) dans sa région inférieure. Un espace annulaire (3) est formé entre la partie interne (1) et la partie externe (2) et permet d'ajouter au moins un autre produit au produit principal. Afin d'obtenir un mélange homogène lorsque différents produits sont remplis simultanément et de pouvoir également disposer d'un nettoyage automatique de la sortie de la buse, un canal annulaire horizontal (6, 6') se trouve dans la paroi située dans la région externe inférieure de la partie interne (1) et/ou dans la région interne inférieure de la partie externe (2).
